| Artist (Me): I keep the rights to the artwork. Deadlines are agreed in advance. I’ll always communicate respectfully. |
| Client (You): You agree to these terms and must communicate respectfully. NSFW refs are not accepted unless stated. |
| II. Payment |
| - Under $45: Full payment after sketch approval via VGen / Paypal- |
| - Over $45: 50% after sketch approval, 50% after final preview. Files sent after full payment. |
| III. You May Not |
| Edit, trace, or claim the art as your own. |
| Use it commercially or for profit without permission. |
| Use my art to train AI, feed my art to AI, give my art in any way to AI, idf with ai. |
| IV. Revisions |
| 2 major changes after sketch is finished for free, after that the charge is 5 usd per change. |
